Making a donation

The Thanet Coast Project within the NE Kent MPA is reliant on sponsorship and support for its work.

The project is a non-profit initiative that implements actions agreed by local people to help safeguard our coast and its wildlife, and these public engagement events are only possible through the help and support of volunteers.

You can help by supporting this project work with any donations that you can contribute, and this will enable even more of these educational events to run in the future.

Suggested donations for events start from £2pp for seashore safaris (adults & children present), Walk and talks starting from £4pp, community/school events from minimum of £100 per session, but higher at roughly £2pp for children participating (depending on the activity capacity).

How your donation will help us:

A donation of any size will help go towards events, activities, implementing action and volunteer training. For instance:

• £2.00 to £10.00 Will help towards running a Thanet Coast event
• £25.00 Support towards Beach Clean/Species control equipment
• £100.00 towards a half day Task or Community Event
• £300.00 Sponsor a Coastal Volunteer training for a year

• send in your donation to our contact address, with cheques made payable to the ‘Thanet Coast Project’
